There was a line of people either wanting to leave or asking about there rates for the night to be reduced. But the hotel manager was one of the rudest employees to deal with during this kind of event. Everything mentioned above was due to natural causes. Then went back to the room which had no power, no hot water, no heat, of course no tv or lights. The entire casino shutdown with a promise you will get a phone call about how to receive your money back.
Everyone had to stay at their slots and inform an employee how much was in their machines. All the money in the machines stay in the machines in the event of a power loss. I was in the casino at the time of the power loss.
